Do I need collateral for a quick loan?
No. We look at your account activity, savings and repayment history with FSE. Customers who repay on time get higher limits and lower rates over time.
How does the solar loan work?
Choose a system that fits your home or business, and one of our certified partners installs it. You pay a deposit and then fixed monthly instalments. The system is yours once the loan is repaid.
Can I withdraw cash without a bank branch?
Yes. Request a withdrawal through the FSE app or USSD. Once your withdrawal token is generated, visit an FSE agent to collect your cash.
What happens if I break a fixed savings plan early?
You can withdraw before maturity, but you'll forfeit some or all of the interest on that plan. The exact charge is shown before you confirm.
Who provides FSE Health Cover?
Health cover is delivered with licensed Health Maintenance Organisations (HMOs). You'll see the partner, the hospital list and full benefits in the app before you subscribe.
Is my money safe with FSE?
FSE is licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria and eligible deposits are insured by NDIC. Your account is protected with a PIN, device binding and biometric login.
